District AV was founded by Chirag Patel and Adam Swaney, whose combined strengths shape the way the company approaches every project.
Chirag brings more than 20 years of experience as a builder, along with a deep understanding of construction, coordination, and the practical realities of designing and installing technology within the home. His background brings a level of foresight that helps clients avoid unnecessary costs, make better decisions early, and integrate technology in a way that supports the broader vision of the project.
Adam brings deep industry knowledge and a strong passion for studying emerging systems, products, and technologies. He is constantly evaluating what performs best, what creates the best user experience, and how to solve the unique challenges each home presents. His design and problem-solving mindset helps ensure every system is thoughtfully planned around the way the homeowner wants to live.
What makes District AV especially unique is the combination of those two perspectives. One brings a builder’s understanding of how to execute technology well within the realities of construction. The other brings the depth of product knowledge and system design needed to solve challenges creatively and recommend the right solution for each home. Together, that creates a more complete and more refined approach than simply selecting products and installing them.
